Use of services

These terms govern use of websites, applications and technology services operated by VGEM C².

Accounts

Where accounts are provided, users are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account access and using services lawfully.

Transactions and service availability

Where a product supports transactions, availability, pricing, service areas, fulfilment conditions and other operational details may vary. Services may change as products evolve.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, submit fraudulent information or use VGEM C² services for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

VGEM C², VGEMC2, associated branding, application interfaces, software and original content are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Service continuity

We aim to maintain reliable services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
