Request account deletion

If you use a VGEM C² application that supports user accounts, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

Email contact@vgemc2.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.

Include enough information for us to identify the correct account, such as the mobile number or email address associated with the account. We may request additional verification before processing deletion.

What will be deleted

After verification, personal account information that is no longer required for service operation, security, legal obligations or legitimate record-keeping will be deleted or anonymized.

What may be retained

Certain transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or compliance records may need to be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law or legitimate business obligations.

Processing

Verified requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to any legal or security requirements.
